On Commencement
Induction to Holan and the program
Meet and greet with support staff at Holan
Working arrangements and schedule
The First 2 Months
Lean Innovation sessions
Refinement of ideas
Project planning sessions and mentoring
Confirmation of project lifecycle and outcomes
The Midway Point
Completed the customer validations and business canvas
Commence analysis of market placement
Development of prototype
Check in with support staff to ensure project is on track
The Final 2 months
Complete protype and test with Holan staff, SME or cohort
Prepare pitch to Holan and advisory panel
Deliver pitch at the Holan office
